This web site is dedicated to the good folks of Talmo, Georgia.
You are cordially invited to visit our friendly town to experience and enjoy all of the delights of being in a small, historic northeast Georgia community.

You'll be able to see how Talmo looks today and in earlier times. Downtown Talmo consists of classic structures that include a Texaco station, train depot with caboose, general merchandise store, the Kinney building, the Talmo post office, a well and City Hall.

The City Council meets the first Tuesday of each month, 6:30 p.m. at the Talmo City Hall. All citizens of Talmo are invited to attend.

Talmo welcomes its newest business! 
Congratulations to Robert and Karen Jernigan on the opening of their new bed and breakfast/special event venue located at 2005 Mt. Creek Church Rd. Plans are now underway to construct a special wedding facility to be opened in the fall of 2011. Information on Mountain Creek Manor can be found on their website at  www.mtcreekmanor.com.
